We have recently completed a large summer house in Wheathampstead, this impressive garden room is fully insulated and plaster boarded with double glazed doors and windows to make a space usable through every season. Finished on the exterior with vertical log lap and a rubber EPDM roof this summer house is the epitome of sleek modernism.

Featuring interior and exterior downlights, 2 electric radiators, and speakers throughout the inside and outside this is the perfect entertaining space for those hot summer BBQ’s and the cosy Christmas gatherings.

The customer has used the room to house his pool table, fruit machine, and 4k TV with leather reclining sofa’s. Just a few ideas if you were thinking what you could put in your new garden room!

We are now in the process of landscaping the rest of the garden, which will feature 4 raised flower beds finished with white painted render, 2 decking areas, 250sqm of Astro turf one tiled patio to front the summer house, and one to the rear of the house which will lead into the newly built, covered pizza oven and BBQ area complete with bar.
